📦 Return Eligibility (7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ Item is unused and in original condition
✔ Tags and packaging are intact
✔ Proof of purchase is available

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed items
• Damaged items due to customer handling
• Innerwear or clearance sale items (if mentioned on product page)
• Products returned after 7 days

To start a return:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

💰 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
✅ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Razorpay

Please note:
Bank processing time may take additional days depending on your provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the item is defective or wrong product was sent — we cover shipping
• If return is due to change of mind — customer bears shipping cost
